Dermal implants are special skin jewelery. The whole process is fast and non painfull, you can read more about it at our sisters site about dermal implants.

Dermal implant (piercing)
This is very fast and in most cases easy dermal process. At the beginning the place for dermal implant must be cleaned and sterilized. Piercing is usually performed with a special piercing needle which also has to be sterilized and never used before or after the piercing operation. Next thing to do is sterilize the piercing jewelery with 100% alcohol and mark the place on your skin where you want your dermal implant. Then piercing specialist will use a special little clamp to catch the skin together and the piercing procedure can be performed. The piercing needle is usually an intravenous canulae, a needle with a plastic sheath surrounding it. The needle is passed through the marked skin, and then withdrawn, leaving the plastic tubing in your skin.
With the plastic tubing in place the clamp can be removed, and the jewellry can be inserted through the tubing, which is then withdrawn. When the jewellry has been fixed the whole piercing process is over and your dermal implant is in that perfect spot on your body!
Most piercing procedures are done in less than a minute from the clamp being applied, the whole process is very quick, and painless.

There are some extreme ways to pierce your body, one of them is corset piercing. Corset piercing is to pierce your left or right side of your belly whole the way from your hip up, then you take the string and connect the rings (look at the picture).
Temporary corset piercing
Temporary corset piercings are often performed for aesthetic reasons, often as part of a fetish event or photo shoot. A body piercer may also perform a corset piercing to promote his/her business, to be photographed for a portfolio or to be used for advertising purposes. They may also be performed as play piercings as part of BDSM activity. Often temporary corset piercings are worn laced with ribbon, rope, or chain.
It looks great if you are piercing lover. You might get some bad comments from other people but don’t mind them-you are important and the way you feel in your body. The most of the bad comment from people is from those people that don’t have guts to do something like that eventhough they would like to do it.
For some people piercings are ugly and unacceptable but for some people having a piercing is a way to express themselves and their way of lifestyle. People should understand that every person have a right to wear anything they like-it’s their body and they can do anything they like with it as long as their piercing doesn’t affend anyone (rasism, religion,…)
Let’s try to understand those people and let them live and do with their bodies what they like. Let’s try to look at piercings from another corner!
Tongue piercing
The procedure of tongue piercing is to place your tongue in between a special clamp with an open space in the middle, this is where a long needle is then inserted. When the needle makes a hole in your tongue then the piercing of your choice is inserted. Anesthetic is not needed to perform this procedure since it only takes a few seconds to complete.
Tongue piercing infection
It sure looks nice to see a piercing in the tongue (specially in girls tongue) but beware-it can get ugly. One thing can happen it’s called infection. You can get an infection if the needle is not sterilized or if some bacteria gets into your new piercing hole. If this happens the best thing is to go to your personal doctor and let him decide what to do.
